Click Top Right Corner (Your Name)
You will See A Drop Down, Click “Contact Support”
The next page you’ll see is the Coinbase Support page, where there’s a million “do it yourself solutions. Basically an attempt to avoid having to actually have anyone provide Customer Service.
Scroll Down to the bottom of the screen unless you miraculously figured it out using their common questions template with generic answers to common questions.
Click “Submit Request” at the very bottom of the page.
Next you’ll be taken to the “chat” section although there’s no one real to actually chat with. Anything you ask will follow with a generic answer from the previous page.
Skip the Chat. Scroll down and Click “Contact our Team”
Next you’ll see this screen. If you click “Submit a Request” You’ll be brought back to the Chat bot and a neverending cycle of Disappointment. DON’T CLICK “SUBMIT A REQUEST AGAIN here.
CLICK “I HAVE ONE OF THE ABOVE PRIORITY ISSUES AND HAVE SEARCHED THE SUPPORT CENTER FOR A SOLUTION” As seen below.
You will then see a drop down where you can actually Submit a Request. LOL
Submit Your Request Here and You Should Get an expedited Response (Expedited by Coinbase Standards)
If you have Deposits, Withdrawals, Transfers Pending This Will Speed Up Response and Also hopefully a Solution to Your Problem. This is the best way to get a faster response, get a deposit to post, get help with a transfer etc. As you will jump in front of the mass backlog they are struggling to keep up with.
Hope this helps.
